How do I hang my wall light correctly?

Secure the wall light to a stable wall with plugs and screws that are suitable for the weight of the lamp. Make sure that the wiring is securely connected and the power is switched off before starting work. A spirit level helps to mount the lamp straight - if you have several lamps, make sure they are evenly spaced.

What is the right height for a modern wall lamp?

The ideal height for wall lights is between 1.50 and 1.80 metres, depending on the room height and function. In the living room, it should hang at eye level or just above, while reading lamps in the bedroom should be placed just above shoulder height. For indirect lighting in corridors, a height of approx. 1.70 metres is ideal. For outdoor wall lights, we recommend a height of around 1.80 to 2 metres to illuminate entrance areas well and avoid glare.

How many lumens should the wall light have?

For pleasant, indirect lighting, 300 to 500 lumens are sufficient, making them ideal for corridors or living rooms. In areas where functional light is required, such as in studies or reading areas, it should be 500 to 800 lumens.
