Would you like to cancel your order?
No problem – you can use this form to submit your cancellation to us quickly and easily online.
As a consumer, you are entitled to a one-month cancellation period in accordance with your statutory right of cancellation. Once we have received your request, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Processing information
Once we have received your cancellation, we will review your request as soon as possible.
You will then receive all further information regarding the return and the refund of your payment by email.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice at the latest. In certain cases, the refund may be processed as soon as we have received the goods or proof of dispatch has been provided.
We usually process cancellations within 1–3 working days.
You will automatically receive confirmation of receipt of your cancellation by email.
Note on returns
Please do not return goods to us without first contacting us.
Once we have reviewed your cancellation request, we will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the return and, if required, the correct return address.
In accordance with our cancellation policy, you are responsible for the direct costs of the return.
